    Professor Santosh Panda is Professor of Distance Education and Coordinator, Research Degree Programme, Staff Training and Research Institute at Indira Gandhi National Open University. In addition to being the Chief Editor of the Journal of Learning for Development, he is Editor of Staff & Educational Development International and President of Network for Staff & Educational Development as well as being a National Member of ICED.
